Airbrush Tanning Fact Sheet

• The spray tan is evenly applied by a trained professional.
• The spray tan will last a week to ten days.
• Your skin will not feel sticky and dries quickly.
• The tan will fade similar to that of a natural suntan.
• The primary active ingredient in all self tanners is DHA(dihydroxyacetone), produced from pure sugar cane, and is FDA approved for self tanning applications
• When applied, DHA works with the amino acids in your skin to produce a natural looking tan without orange discoloration.
• There have not been any reported side effects from the use of DHA.
• If you have ever had an allergic reaction to self tanners, we recommend that you abstain from spray tanning
  

Airbrush Tanning Preparation and Maintenance 

• Before your spray tan, exfoliate with South Seas Bora Bora Body Polish
• Remove Make Up before your session.
• Bring a dark swimsuit or undergarment(s) for your session. Thongs acceptable.
• Bring Flip Flops/Sandals to your session.
• Wear dark, loose fitting clothing to your session. The cosmetic bronzer may rub off on your clothing.
• Afte your tan, avoid swimming, showering or perspiring for at least 8 hours.
• After Showering, apply South Seas Moorea Moisturizer to hydrate you skin. Hydrated skin will prolong your spray tan.
• Time spent in hot tubs or swimming pools may shorten the duration of the tan.
• Two days after your tanning session, apply South Seas Tahitan Tan Extender to help prolong your tan.
• Use South Seas Tahitian Tan Mist to touch up your face, hands and feet.
